Tito & Roxana Vizurraga are proudly continuing their restaurant business since February 1996. They started their business as "El Jalapeno" and then decided to change their own name as "Casa Sol Mexican Restaurant" by 2008 and 

latelly incorporated a new name to "Casa Sol Tex-Mex Grill & Bar" upgrading the quality in every area.

 

Their love & passion for the Traditional Mexican Food started since the very beginning exceeding above and beyond 

with unique inspired recipes including natural fresh ingredients and new techniques on their Signature Specialty Cookery.

 

Casa Sol is a fusion of the Old Mexican Cuisine - Tex Mex combine with innovative contemporary creations of new 

plates and a fresh evolution of the restaurant decor during their most years of business. They wanted to reflect the 

feeling of being in a real Authentic Mexican Casa Hacienda with handpainted imported Mexican tiles with a unique personal touch; the Water Fountain with an old apparent look of a small plaza and the idea was to bring a sweet part of Mexico into this beautiful town of Villa Rica.
